사용 팁:

사용 전 단백질 결합 용액을 미세원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리하여 상등액만 사용하십시오.
저장 중 형성된 단백질 응집체를 제거하여 비특이적 염색을 줄일 수 있습니다.
실험 조건에 따라 적절한 희석 배수를 경험적으로 결정하십시오.
