The monoclonal antibody HIS49 reacts with an unknown antigen expressed by rat erythroid cells and their progenitors.
HIS49 does not react with lymphocytes, monocytes, or granulocytes.
Applications Reported:
This HIS49 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
This HIS49 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of rat bone marrow cells.
It can be used at ≤1 µg per test (defined as staining a cell sample in 100 µL final volume).
Cell number may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test and should be empirically determined.
It is recommended to titrate the antibody for optimal assay performance.
