Target Information
Rb는 DNA 결합이 가능한 종양 억제 핵 인산화 단백질로, serine과 threonine 잔기에서 인산화되며 tyrosine 잔기에서는 인산화되지 않습니다. SV40 large T antigen, adenovirus E1A, human papilloma virus-16 E와 복합체를 형성합니다. Rb 단백질은 전사 조절을 통해 세포 성장 제어에 관여하며, RB 유전자의 기능 상실은 유방, 대장, 전립선, 신장, 비인두암 및 백혈병 등 다양한 암과 관련이 있습니다.
