이 항체의 면역원은 pokeweed mitogen으로 자극된 말초혈 림프구의 핵입니다.
Target Information
이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 CMP-sialic acid로부터 sialic acid를 galactose 함유 기질로 전달하는 type II 막 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 주로 Golgi에서 발견되며, 단백질 분해로 가용성 형태로 전환될 수 있습니다. 세포 표면 탄수화물 결정체 및 분화 항원 HB-6, CDw75, CD76의 생성에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 glycosyltransferase family 29에 속하며, 서로 다른 두 가지 isoform을 암호화하는 세 개의 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
