Reconstitution: Add 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g for 5 min).

Target Information

CD39 cell surface antigen is a 70–100 kDa molecule expressed on peripheral blood B cells, monocytes, T cell clones, and weakly on granulocytes.
CD39 has intrinsic ecto-ATPase activity. Expression is induced on T cells and increased on B cells as a late activation antigen.
