Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Myc is a proto-oncogene encoding a nuclear phosphoprotein involved in cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and cellular transformation.
It forms a heterodimer with MAX, binds to E-box DNA sequences, and regulates transcription of specific genes.
Gene amplification is common in human cancers, and translocations are associated with Burkitt lymphoma and multiple myeloma.
Translation may initiate from both non-AUG (CUG) and AUG start sites, producing two isoforms with distinct N-termini.
