Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

The HA tag is composed of amino acids containing YPYDVPDYA and does not interfere with the bioactivity or biodistribution of recombinant proteins. GenScript MonoRab™ HA tag Antibody (109B2), mAb, Rabbit is specific to HA tags placed at the N-terminal, C-terminal, and internal regions of fusion proteins. This antibody can improve the effectiveness of various immunoassays, aiding detection of HA-tagged fusion proteins in bacteria, insect cells, and mammalian cells.
Target Information
HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag used to localize gene products, study protein topology and complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize low-abundance or poorly immunogenic proteins when specific antibodies are unavailable.
HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza hemagglutinin, commonly expressed as a tag for identification and purification of tagged proteins for functional analysis. HA tag antibodies facilitate protein detection and co-immunoprecipitation of tagged proteins.
