Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Mammalian odorant receptors require accessory proteins such as RTP1 and RTP2 for functional cell surface expression.
REEP family members are transmembrane proteins that interact with odorant receptor proteins and may enhance receptor responses to odorants.
Recent studies indicate that other chemosensory receptors, such as bitter taste receptors, are also influenced by RTP and REEP family proteins.
