Specificity: This antibody is specific for the 3rd Ig-like domain of human CD22 (epitope B), a cell surface glycoprotein present on mature B-cells and on many types of malignant B-cells.

Epratuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody derived from the murine IG2a monoclonal antibody, LL2 (EPB-2). This agent may be well suited for oncology research and the study of inflammatory autoimmune disorders such as lupus.
