Target Information
PI4KB와 PI4KA는 인간의 두 가지 type III PI4 kinase로, PI3 kinase와 유사한 서열을 가지며 phosphatidylinositol의 4번 위치를 인산화합니다.
포유류의 PI 4-kinase는 분자량, detergent 및 adenosine에 대한 반응성에 따라 type II와 type III로 구분됩니다.
PI4KA 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 adenosine에 의해 억제되지 않는 type III 효소이며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이가 보고되어 있습니다.
