Target Information
Granzyme K (GrK)는 활성화된 T 세포와 NK 세포의 세포독성 과립에 존재하는 트립신 유사 세린 프로테아제 계열에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 28 kDa의 세린 프로테아제로, granzyme A 유전자가 위치한 5q11-12 염색체 근처에 위치합니다.
Granzyme K는 아르기닌과 라이신 잔기를 절단하는 트립신 유사 특이성을 가지며, caspase 활성화와 무관하게 빠른 세포 사멸을 유도합니다.
주로 흉선, 폐, 비장 및 말초 혈액 백혈구에서 발현됩니다.
