Product Specific Information
For maximum recovery, spin prior to use.
Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use materials in original packaging until exhausted.
For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (not below 20 µL).
Do not store kinase diluted.
If properly stored at -80°C, product is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
Recombinant full-length human TLK1 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag.

Target Information
TLK1 (Tousled-like kinase 1) is a nuclear serine/threonine kinase involved in chromatin assembly regulation.
Originally described in Arabidopsis, TLK1 is a novel target of the DNA damage checkpoint and is rapidly inactivated upon exposure to ionizing radiation, mediated by the S-phase DNA damage checkpoint.
Suppression of TLK1 activity after DNA double-strand breaks, replication blockade, or UV irradiation requires ATM, NBS, and CHK1.
Tousled-like kinases are nuclear serine/threonine kinases potentially involved in chromatin assembly regulation.
For Research Use Only.
Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Not for resale without express authorization.
