For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

IRAK2 (interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase-like 2) binds to the IL-1 type I receptor following IL-1 engagement and triggers intracellular signaling cascades leading to transcriptional up-regulation and mRNA stabilization.
The pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1 induces cellular responses through two subunits of its receptor, IL-1 receptor I (IL-1RI) and IL-1 receptor accessory protein (IL-1RAcP).
IRAK family kinases mediate activation of NF-κB, a key transcription factor in inflammatory and immune responses.
IRAK2, a member of the IRAK/Pelle family, recruits to IL-1R complex subunits after IL-1 binding and contributes to NF-κB activation.
Members of this family also associate with Toll-like receptors (TLRs), and dominant-negative mutants inhibit LPS-induced NF-κB activation.
IRAK2 is expressed in various human tissues.
