MAP4K2 (GCK)는 JNK 경로를 활성화하는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제입니다. 이 키나아제는 다양한 조직에서 발견되며, 림프 소포 내 생식 중심 세포에서 발현이 제한되어 있어 B세포 분화에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 소포의 표적화 또는 융합 조절에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다. TNF-alpha에 의해 활성화되며, MAP 키나아제 활성화에 특이적으로 작용합니다. TRAF2와 상호작용하여 MAP3K1/MEKK1의 활성화에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
