Target Information

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins.
They are useful in the detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility by allowing use with multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
These antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
