MAPKAPK5 (PRAK)는 세포 스트레스 및 염증성 사이토카인에 반응하여 활성화되는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제 계열 단백질입니다. p38 alpha 및 p38 beta에 의해 활성화되며, HSP27 단백질의 생리적으로 중요한 부위를 인산화합니다. 두 가지 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
