Target Information
YES1은 SRC 계열의 비수용체성 티로신 키나아제(non-receptor tyrosine kinase)로, Yamaguchi sarcoma virus의 온코진과 상동성을 갖습니다. 세포 성장, 생존, 세포사멸(apoptosis), 세포 간 접착, 세포골격 재구성, 분화 등의 조절에 관여합니다.
