Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성 (샘플 크기에 따라 다름)

- 도착 후 -20°C에 보관

Target Information
Glutamate는 뇌의 주요 흥분성 신경전달물질로, NMDA, AMPA, kainate 수용체 등 리간드 개폐성 채널을 통해 빠른 흥분성 시냅스 전달에 관여합니다. 최근에는 G-단백질 결합 수용체인 대사형 글루탐산 수용체(metabotropic glutamate receptors, mGluRs)를 통해 효소 활성 조절 및 2차 신호전달에도 관여함이 밝혀졌습니다.
Group-I 수용체(mGluR1a, mGluR5)는 phospholipase C를 자극하며, Group-II (mGluR2, mGluR3) 및 Group-III 수용체는 adenylyl cyclase 억제에 관여합니다.
