Product Specific Information
- Western blot에서 rhFGF-4와 약 50% 교차반응, rhFGF-9과 5% 미만, FGF-acidic, rhFGF-5, rhFGF-7과 2% 미만의 교차반응을 보임
- Direct ELISA에서 rh β-ECGF, rmFGF-8b, rmFGF-8c와 1% 미만 교차반응
- 멸균 PBS에 0.2 mg/mL로 재구성 권장
- Endotoxin 수준: <0.10 EU per 1 µg (LAL method)
