Target Information
CXCL6 is chemotactic for neutrophil granulocytes and signals through CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors.
It exhibits chemotactic and angiogenic properties and shows strong antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, approximately 90-fold higher compared to CXCL5 and CXCL7.
