For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene is the alpha subunit of the heterodimeric receptor for colony stimulating factor 2 (CSF2), a cytokine regulating granulocyte and macrophage production, differentiation, and function.
This protein belongs to the cytokine receptor family and is located in the pseudoautosomal region (PAR) of the X and Y chromosomes. Multiple transcript variants exist, encoding both membrane-bound and soluble isoforms.
