Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) family protein that interacts with the cytoskeleton and regulates cell proliferation, signaling, and intercellular junctions.
The encoded protein includes a PDZ domain, SH3 motif, and guanylate kinase domain, and may play roles in cell shape regulation, hair cell development, neural patterning of the retina, and tumor suppression pathways.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
