면역 반응 조절 및 비장 B-세포의 정상적 이동에도 필요합니다.
또한 integrin, collagen, cytokine, chemokine, 성장인자 등 다양한 수용체의 하위 신호전달에 관여하며,
암세포의 증식, 이동, 침윤 및 전이에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
높은 발현은 glioma, 간암, 폐암, 유방암 등에서 관찰됩니다.
