사용 전 0.55 mL의 탈이온수로 재용해 후 실온에서 30분간 방치하여 완전히 용해시킵니다.
원심분리하여 입자를 제거하고, 매일 신선한 working dilution을 준비하여 사용 후 폐기합니다.
수령일로부터 1년간 안정적입니다.
면역전기영동 기준, 비면역글로불린 마우스 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응성은 없습니다.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 높은 특이성을 지닌 친화정제 항체입니다.
이 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)에서 사용 가능하며, 하나의 1차 항체에 다수의 2차 항체가 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상을 제공합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 목표 종의 면역글로불린 혼합물로 면역한 후 친화정제, 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 거쳐 고특이성 시약으로 제조됩니다.
