Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse antibodies.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility by enabling the use of multiple detection systems such as HRP, AP, or fluorescence.
They also enhance sensitivity through signal amplification since multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
