Target Information
Anoctamin 7 has calcium-dependent phospholipid scramblase activity that scrambles phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylcholine, and galactosylceramide. It does not exhibit calcium-activated chloride channel (CaCC) activity and may play a role in cell-cell interactions.
