Target Information
Anoctamin 7 has calcium-dependent phospholipid scramblase activity, capable of scrambling phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylcholine, and galactosylceramide.
It does not exhibit calcium-activated chloride channel (CaCC) activity and may play a role in cell–cell interactions.
