Target Information
Ubiquitin은 26S proteasome에 의해 단백질 분해를 조절하는 고도로 보존된 단백질로, polyubiquitin chain 또는 다른 단백질과 결합된 형태로 전구체로 합성됩니다.
UBA52 유전자는 N-말단에 ubiquitin, C-말단에 ribosomal protein S27a를 포함하는 융합 단백질을 암호화합니다.
이 단백질은 번역 후 처리되어 자유 ubiquitin과 ribosomal protein S27a를 생성하며, S27a는 40S ribosomal subunit 구성 요소로 세포질에 위치합니다.
S27a는 C4-type zinc finger domain을 포함하며, 유사 유전자가 게놈 내에 존재합니다.
유사하게 ribosomal protein L40과 S30도 ubiquitin 또는 ubiquitin-like 단백질과 융합된 형태로 합성됩니다.
