For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
NUDT10 cleaves a beta-phosphate from the diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5 (diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate), indicating a role in signal transduction.
It catalyzes hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphates (Ap6A, Ap5A), producing ADP and p4A from Ap6A, and ADP and ATP from Ap5A.
It can also hydrolyze 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate.
