Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-10R alpha is observed.
- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CNTF sR alpha and IL-2 sR gamma.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
The IL10RA gene encodes the receptor for interleukin 10, structurally related to interferon receptors. This receptor mediates the immunosuppressive signal of IL-10, inhibiting proinflammatory cytokine synthesis. It also promotes survival of progenitor myeloid cells via the IRS-2/PI3K/AKT pathway and activates JAK1 and TYK2 kinases upon stimulation. Two transcript variants exist, one protein-coding and one non-coding.
