For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
Sulfite oxidase is a homodimeric mitochondrial protein located in the intermembrane space. Each subunit contains a heme domain and a molybdopterin-binding domain. The enzyme catalyzes the oxidation of sulfite to sulfate, the final step in the oxidative degradation of sulfur amino acids cysteine and methionine.
Deficiency of sulfite oxidase causes severe neurological abnormalities, often fatal at an early age.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding identical proteins.
