The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
Sodium-dependent glucose transporter (SGLT2) with a Na⁺ to glucose coupling ratio of 1:1. Efficient substrate transport in the mammalian kidney is achieved through the coordinated action of low-affinity/high-capacity and high-affinity/low-capacity Na⁺/glucose cotransporters arranged along the proximal tubules.
