This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to prevent contamination.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
EPHA6 belongs to the ephrin receptor subfamily of protein-tyrosine kinases, involved in axon guidance, neuron-target interactions, regional compartmentalization, and synaptic functions in the nervous system. EPHA6 is highly expressed in the brain and testis. Reduction in EPHA6 has been associated with Hypospadias, a defect in genital development. Genetic inhibition of EPHA6 in mice results in behavioral deficits in learning and memory tests.
