이 MIH64 단클론 항체는 mouse VISTA (B7-H5, PD-H1)를 인식합니다. Flow cytometry 분석에 적합하며, native 및 paraformaldehyde-fixed 세포 모두에서 사용 가능합니다.

각 제품에는 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial이 포함되어 있습니다.

• Reported Applications: Flow cytometric analysis
• Tested Applications: Mouse splenocytes 분석에 사용됨 (≤ 0.8 µg/test)
• 권장 사용량: 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정
• 주의: NovaFluor 염료는 DNA intercalating viability dyes (propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않음. 대신 Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains 사용 권장.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01)는 NovaFluor conjugate의 최적 염색을 위해 필수입니다. Antibody cocktail에 5 µL/sample을 추가하여 사용합니다. 단일 색상 control에서도 동일한 조건을 적용합니다.

NovaFluor conjugates는 Phiton™ 기술 기반으로, 형광 신호 간섭을 최소화하는 새로운 핵산 염료 구조를 사용합니다.

Target Information

VISTA (V-domain Ig containing suppressor of T-cell activation, B7-H5, PD-1H)는 VSIR 유전자의 산물입니다. PD-L1과 유사한 서열을 가지지만, 다른 발현 패턴을 보입니다.
Mouse와 human에서 VISTA는 주로 myeloid 세포에 고농도로 발현되며, T 세포에서는 낮은 수준, B 세포에서는 거의 발현되지 않습니다.
항원제시세포(APC)가 발현하는 VISTA는 CD4 및 CD8 T 세포의 증식과 cytokine 생산을 억제하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 암 면역치료의 타깃으로 연구되고 있습니다.
