Target Information
S1P1은 생리활성 라이소스핑고리피드인 sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P)에 결합하는 G-단백질 연결 수용체로, G(i) subclass의 이종 G 단백질과 결합합니다.
S1P1 신호전달은 RAC1, SRC, PTK2/FAK1 및 MAP kinase를 활성화하며, actin 세포골격 재구성과 lamellipodia 형성을 통해 세포 이동에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
또한 sphingosine kinase SPHK1 활성 증가에 반응하여 화학주성, 배아 심장 발달, 심장 형태형성에 필수적인 기능을 수행합니다.
