Product Specific Information

The 24DMS1 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD39 (NTPDaseI), an enzyme that converts nucleoside tri- and diphosphates into nucleoside monophosphates, thereby removing extracellular ATP and ADP. CD39 plays a key role in suppressing inflammation and regulating platelet activation. It is expressed on B cells, Langerhans cells, and most monocytes, as well as on a subset of CD4⁺CD25⁺FoxP3⁺ T regulatory cells. Treg cells lacking CD39 show impaired suppressive function both in vitro and in vivo.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometry on mouse splenocytes. Recommended ≤ 0.125 µg/test in 100 µL volume (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimal titration recommended.

Target Information

CD39 is a 70–100 kDa cell surface antigen expressed on peripheral blood B cells, monocytes, T cell clones, and weakly on granulocytes. It exhibits ecto-ATPase activity and is induced on T cells and upregulated on B cells upon activation.
