Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Advantages:

  • Superior specificity and sensitivity
  • Lot-to-lot consistency
  • Animal origin–free formulation
  • Broader immunoreactivity due to larger rabbit immune repertoire

Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase belonging to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. Members of this superfamily regulate diverse cellular events, including:

  • Cell growth control
  • Cytoskeletal reorganization
  • Activation of protein kinases

Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.

For Research Use Only.
Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Not for resale without express authorization.
