Target Information
MAP3K9 (MLK1)는 MAP kinase 경로에서 작용하는 serine/threonine protein kinase입니다. 환경 변화에 의해 유도되는 세포 반응의 연쇄 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 활성화되면 MAP2K4/MKK4 및 MAP2K7/MKK7을 인산화하여 MKK/JNK 신호전달 경로를 활성화합니다. 이 경로는 JUN 및 GATA4 전사 인자를 통해 스트레스 반응을 조절하며, 미토콘드리아 사멸 신호 경로에도 관여하여 cytochrome c 방출을 유도하고 세포 자멸(apoptosis)을 초래합니다.
