Product Specific Information

The 10.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD64 (FcRI), a 75 kDa type I transmembrane protein.
CD64 is the high-affinity receptor for IgG and is involved in:

• Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC)
• Phagocytosis
• Regulation of cytokine production

Monocytes and macrophages express CD64, while mature granulocytes and lymphocytes are negative.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometry using normal human peripheral blood cells.
Use at 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number can range from 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.

Fluorochrome Information:
eFluor 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue, excited at 405 nm and emitting at 446 nm. Ensure instrument compatibility.

Target Information

CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor involved in immune response.
It is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1.
