Transforming acidic coiled-coil (TACC) 단백질은 중심체 및 미세소관과 상호작용하는 보존된 단백질 군으로, 암과 관련이 있습니다.
TACC2 유전자는 세포주기 동안 중심체에 집중되며, 종양 형성과 관련된 염색체 영역 내에 위치합니다.
적혈구 생성인자(erythropoietin)에 의해 발현이 유도되며, 유방암의 진행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
