Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
CEP83 is a component of the distal appendage region of the centriole involved in initiating primary cilium assembly. It may collaborate with IFT20 in trafficking ciliary membrane proteins from the Golgi complex to the cilium during initiation of primary cilium assembly.
