Target Information

Fibrinogen은 혈장에 존재하는 가용성 단백질로 간세포에서 생성됩니다. 이 단백질은 두 세트의 이황화 결합된 사슬로 구성된 헥사머 구조를 가지며, 혈액 응고 과정에서 fibrin의 전구체로서 필수적인 역할을 합니다. Thrombin과 칼슘 이온의 존재 하에서 fibrin으로 전환됩니다.
