Target Information
Dynamin은 클라트린 피복 소포의 엔도사이토시스에 필요한 GTPase입니다. 이 단백질의 역할은 초파리(Drosophila melanogaster)의 온도 민감성 마비 돌연변이(shibire) 연구를 통해 처음 발견되었습니다. 포유류에서는 Dynamin1, Dynamin2, Dynamin3의 세 가지 유사한 아이소폼이 존재하며, 각각 신경세포, 대부분의 세포, 그리고 고환에서 주로 발현됩니다. 각 아이소폼은 여러 스플라이스 변이체를 가지며, 이는 서로 다른 세포 내 표적이나 소포 형성 기능을 가질 가능성을 시사합니다. Dynamin 단백질은 N말단 GTPase 도메인, 중앙 pleckstrin homology 도메인, 그리고 C말단의 proline-rich 영역에 여러 SH3 도메인을 포함합니다. 이러한 SH3 도메인은 Dynamin을 클라트린 피트에 결합시키며, AP2 어댑터 단백질 복합체 및 Amphiphysin과 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
