Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 15 µL 또는 50 µL DDW를 사용 (샘플 크기에 따라 다름)
- 항체는 실온에서 동결건조 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 빛을 차단하여 최대 1주일 보관 가능
- 장기 보관 시 소량으로 나누어 -20°C에 보관
- 반복적인 동결/해동은 피할 것
- 사용 전 모든 항체 용액을 원심분리 (10,000 × g, 5분)
Target Information
Adrenergic receptors (ARs)는 7-막관통 G-단백질 결합 수용체 초가족에 속하며, 내인성 카테콜아민인 에피네프린과 노르에피네프린을 결합합니다.
이 수용체군은 다양한 아형을 가지며, α1(1A/D, 1B, 1C), α2(2A, 2B, 2C), β(1, 2, 3) 세 가지 주요 하위군으로 나뉩니다.
ARs는 고혈압, 심장 기능 장애, 당뇨, 녹내장, 우울증, 발기부전 등 다양한 질환의 발병 및 유지에 관여합니다.
β1AR은 심장 기능, 평활근 조절, 대사 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여하며, 유전자 결손 시 태아 사망률 증가 및 성체에서 심장 기능 이상이 보고되었습니다.
또한 β1AR 발현은 갑상선 호르몬 및 cAMP 신호전달 경로에 의해 전사 수준에서 조절됩니다.
