- Keep as concentrated solution.
- Predicted reactivity: Mouse (91%), Rat (91%), Rhesus Monkey (98%), Bovine (94%).
- Positive Control: HepG2, HepG2 (starvation for 16 hr and 200 ng/ml EGF treatment for 30 min), 293T, A431, HeLa, HepG2, NIH-3T3, JC, BCL-1.
- Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
Target Information
Skp2 (S-phase Kinase-associated Protein 2)는 Cyclin A-Cdk2 복합체와 상호작용하는 F-box 단백질 계열에 속합니다. Skp2는 세포의 G1-S 전이에 필수적이며, p27 단백질의 유비퀴틴화 및 분해에 관여합니다. 정상 조직에서는 편도와 태반에서 발현되며, 종양 조직에서는 폐, 유방, 난소, 자궁내막암 등에서 높은 발현이 보고되었습니다. 연구 결과 Skp2는 림프종 및 유방암의 발병과 관련된 종양형성 과정에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
