면역원은 인간 CD3 단백질의 epsilon-chain(aa 156–168)에 해당하는 합성 13-mer 펩타이드입니다.
Target Information
CD3 복합체는 T 세포의 항원 인식 신호를 세포질로 전달하고 TCR 복합체의 세포 표면 발현을 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CD3 서브유닛(CD3γ, CD3δ, CD3ε, CD3ζ)은 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하며, 인간 염색체 11번에 위치한 유전자들에 의해 암호화됩니다.
CD3 항원은 정상 말초혈 림프구의 68–82%, 흉선세포의 65–85%, 소뇌의 Purkinje 세포에서 발현되며, B 세포나 NK 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
일부 자가면역질환에서는 T 림프구 비율이 감소할 수 있습니다. CD3 유전자 결함은 CD3 면역결핍증과 관련이 있습니다.
