- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0)에서 10–20분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각 필요
- 권장 양성 대조군:
- IHC (P): Human tonsil, testis, common marmoset spleen, rat esophagus, small intestine, liver, mouse embryonic skin
- IHC (F): Rat lymph node, transgenic mouse spinal cord
- ICC/IF: HAP1 cells, human cardiac stem cells, HEp-2 cells, rat cardiomyocytes

Target Information
Ki-67는 세포 주기 중 G1, S, G2, M 단계에서 발현되는 핵 단백질로, euchromatin 및 nucleolus와 결합하는 FHA 도메인을 포함합니다.
세포 증식 마커로 널리 사용되며, G0 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
종양 조직에서 Ki-67 지수는 증식률과 관련이 높으며, 저등급 종양에서 낮은 Ki-67 지수를 보입니다.
신경세포 연구에서 세포 증식 및 주기 분석용 마커로도 활용됩니다.
