Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵이 있는 조혈세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 포스파타아제(PTP)로, 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지합니다. 비조혈세포 및 비조혈종양 세포에서는 발현되지 않으며, 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달에서 중요한 조절자 역할을 합니다.
CD45 단백질은 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 이소형이 존재하며, 세포 유형과 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다. 또한 T세포 및 B세포 수용체 신호전달, JAK 키나아제 억제, 세포 생존 및 면역 기능 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
