Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MKL1 gene encodes a protein that interacts with myocardin, a transcription factor regulating smooth muscle cell differentiation. This nuclear protein helps transduce signals from the cytoskeleton to the nucleus. A translocation involving MKL1 and the RNA-binding motif protein-15 gene has been linked to acute megakaryocytic leukemia.
