Target Information

인간에서는 4개의 조절 서브유닛과 3개의 촉매 서브유닛이 확인되었으며, 본 항체가 인식하는 단백질은 그 중 하나의 조절 서브유닛입니다. 이 단백질은 활성화된 촉매 서브유닛에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 다양한 A-kinase anchoring proteins과 상호작용하여 AMPK의 세포 내 위치를 결정할 수 있습니다.
